1. Who is asking and why

KUBEROS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62099GJ2026PTC177330, operates Kubear. This notice explains choices alongside the Privacy Policy. Company and registered-office details are in that policy. It applies to the Kubear Android app, and to choices made in Kubear's earlier web app, which is no longer updated or supported; section 8 adds what is specific to the Android app.

Consent concerns a specified use of information. Agreeing to the Terms, receiving an OTP, joining a Family Room or granting a browser or phone permission is not blanket agreement to every use of your data.

2. Core service

An account requires phone authentication, associated security checks and account identifiers. Requesting an OTP sends the mobile number to Google/Firebase; Google also stores it for spam and abuse prevention across Google services. The sign-in notice and Google Privacy Policy explain this before you request the message. Entries you deliberately add are processed to save, synchronise, calculate, restore, correct and export the information requested. Consent and request receipts help administer your choices.

Before collecting sensitive financial information, we will explain its purposes and obtain the consent required by law. Calling processing “core” does not remove that obligation. If you decline or withdraw necessary information, the related service may be unavailable. You do not have to enable unrelated optional features.

Required security and compliance processing is distinct from the optional usage analytics described in the Privacy Policy. An analytics switch does not promise to disable authentication, anti-abuse checks (including reCAPTCHA on the web and Google Play Integrity in the Android app), essential service logs or separately disclosed operational error reporting.

3. Separate feature choices

In the web app, the first question you type in Chat shows this as "Before Kubear answers". Document extraction/review	Send selected file content to Anthropic (Claude API) for parsing; review extracted facts before saving. In the web app and the Android app, a locked PDF is opened on your device with the password you type; the password is not sent, but the opened content is. Agent jobs	Let Kubear Chat plan a job you ask for, show it on a card, and save only after you tap Confirm. Buying or selling through a partner is always on its own card with its own Confirm; for OroPocket, Confirm only opens OroPocket's buy or sell screen and sends no amount. Kubear acts on your instruction and does not advise or rank. What you typed for a job is held only while it runs and deleted when it ends (or 24 hours after the last activity if left unfinished); the job record keeps steps, typed fields and receipts, no chat text, until account deletion. You can also ask Kubear to prepare one of a few set jobs on a schedule; it notifies you, saves nothing until you Confirm, and keeps no words you typed. Kubear can also remember a habit you state, such as an item's category, only when you confirm it on a card; you can see, change or delete every habit in Privacy. Jobs use the same AI choice as AI explanation	Do each task yourself. Cancel a running job at any time. Turning off the AI choice in Privacy stops all jobs

Not every option is available in every release or in both apps. A choice applies to the named feature, not automatically to all technical processing by every supplier. New optional processing requires a specific explanation before it begins.

4. Giving a valid choice

A consent request should identify the information, purpose, relevant provider/recipient, optional nature and withdrawal method in language you can understand. Optional choices must not be preselected or obtained through inactivity, misleading controls or unrelated bundled permissions.

A deliberate feature action can communicate a choice only if the necessary explanation is available before transmission. A file-picker or phone permission alone does not explain sending that file to an AI supplier. A single acceptance receipt cannot prove consent to an undisplayed purpose.

5. Withdrawal and existing information

Use the privacy controls in the app (in the web app, Settings → Privacy Center; in the Android app, You → Privacy) or email privacy@kuberos.in, subject “Kubear consent request”. State the feature or purpose you want to stop; never email an OTP or password. Browser and phone permissions may need to be turned off separately, in your browser's site settings or your phone's app settings for Kubear. To stop a running job, tap Cancel on it. Turning off the AI choice in the same privacy controls stops all jobs.

Withdrawal stops the corresponding future optional processing once acted on. It does not undo completed lawful processing, retrieve other people's copies, or by itself delete existing entries. You can also request deletion of associated information. Any continued processing must be limited to a specific lawful reason, and we will explain relevant consequences.

If a control fails or is unavailable, use the email route. Do not assume that a permission prompt, a local switch, clearing browser storage, clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app has removed server or supplier copies.

6. Other people, children and representatives

You cannot consent on behalf of another adult merely because you own a Family Room. Share only information you are authorised to provide. Child-related information and representative requests require appropriate authority and safeguards; the service is not open to child accounts.

7. Keeping track of choices, and questions

Kubear keeps a log of applicable choices and notice versions to administer and demonstrate what was agreed. Terms acceptance and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy do not replace a separate choice for an optional purpose. A revised notice does not retroactively expand earlier consent. We will seek a new choice where a new purpose or applicable law requires one.

8. Android app permissions

Saying yes to an Android permission is not, on its own, a Kubear consent, and saying no only switches that feature off. Where section 3 requires a choice, Kubear explains the feature before it is used.

These are the only two permissions that ask you. The app also declares permissions that Android grants without a question: internet access; hiding other apps' overlays on the confirmation screens and the Delete account screen; fingerprint or face unlock for the optional app lock that uses your phone's own biometric; and, added by Google and Android software libraries, viewing network connections, keeping the phone awake briefly, running at startup, a foreground-service permission that the app does not use to start a service of its own, receiving messages from Firebase Cloud Messaging, reading Google services configuration and a permission private to Kubear. Section 16 of the Privacy Policy says what each is for.

The app does not request permission to use the camera, to read photos, videos or other files in your phone's storage, to read your contacts, to access your location, to read or send SMS, to read call logs or to read phone state, and it does not use an advertising ID. Google Play lists every permission that the version of the app you install declares. You can turn any permission off in your phone's settings for Kubear at any time.
