How it works

You tell it. Once.

From a typed line or a photo of a bill to one calm card in Chat. Seven small steps. You are in charge of every one.

The path of one fact

Seven steps. No surprises.

Say it or send it.

Type "paid rent 18,000", say it, or bring in a paper: a bank statement PDF or Excel, a CAS statement, a broker screenshot, an insurance policy or a receipt photo.

Kubear drafts it.

Kubear reads what you gave it and writes a draft. It is only a draft. Nothing is in your records yet.

You check the draft.

Fix an amount. Change a category. Untick lines you do not want. Lines already saved are caught as duplicates.

You save once.

One tap saves the lines you ticked. Kubear gives you a receipt that it was accepted. If your phone is offline, it waits as pending. Pending is not saved.

Cards appear in Chat.

Live cards sit in Chat. The month, a bill coming up, a goal, your net worth. Each shows its date and its source.

Tap a number. See the sum.

Every number opens its working: the sum, the records it used, and the inputs that are not recorded yet. A missing item says so and offers to add it. It is never a guess, and never a zero.

Fix it, export it, delete it.

Made a mistake? Correct the entry. Want your records? Export them. Done with Kubear? Ask for deletion. These controls are in the app.

Where each paper goes

Read once. Then deleted.

Kubear does not keep your raw bank statements or passwords. This is exactly who reads what.
